Shoulders and Elbows

Move your mouse over the picture that looks the most like you:

Are your elbows bent so they are at the same height as your wrists?

Are your upper arms resting comfortably by your sides and NOT reaching forward?

Are your arms able to rest on chair armrests during pauses in your work?

Adjust armrests to support arm weight.
Great, the weight of your arms is supported by the chair and not by your neck muscles.
Move keyboard and mouse closer.
Good, your back and shoulder blades are relaxed.
Raise chair height or lower keyboard/mouse.
Good, your hands will get good blood supply.
